What does a successful meeting look like? What type of processes go into designing one?

Within this leadership training, topics being discussed may include:

• Understanding different meeting types and outcomes needed

• Appropriate processes for different types of meetings

• Pre-meeting engagement and activities

• How to develop a clear and flexible agenda

This training is part one of two, and while not required, you are highly encouraged to attend this one or watch it via recording, prior to attending the second.
